2. In order to make a transaction as efficient as possible, customers are required to use the order form when placing an order.
3. Once the order form has been completed, a confirmation from Looking For Lola through text or email will be sent to you within 1 to 2 days. If we don't reply within 2 days please resend your order.
4. How to pay:
We now accept payments through BPI. Account details will be sent to you after order is confirmed. All payments should be made within 3 days upon receiving the text confirmation of orders. Please send us a text once the payment has been deposited.
Payment upon pick up is accepted as well.
5. Customers must shoulder shipping cost. Orders will be delivered through Air21 2 to 4 days after receiving payment.
6. In order to save on shipping fees, we have a couple of pick up/meet up points:
- Rockwell (The Retail Lab 2/F | Archaeology Section)
- Greenbelt 5 (ARANAZ store. 2/F)
Meet ups must be scheduled at least one week in advance!
7. We also like to stress that our pieces are previously loved items (unless specified!) therefore the quality of some of these items are not 100% perfect. However, they are all in good and very wearable condition.
8. All sales are final. No return/exchange.
9. Payment must be received WITHIN 3 days after confirmation unless we are previously notified. If not we will be giving your item to the next buyer.
